1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services with Nurse On Call - Care at Home, you accept these terms and any additional policies we communicate to you at the time of booking.
2. Nature of Services
We provide home nursing services including injections, IV drips, cannula placement, wound care, bed-ridden patient care, and post-operative care. Our services are intended to supplement — not replace — the care provided by your treating physician.
3. Medical Responsibility
- Our nurses administer care based on valid medical prescriptions from a registered doctor.
- We will not administer any medication or procedure that lacks a proper prescription or that, in our clinical judgment, is unsafe.
- For emergencies beyond home-care scope, we stabilize the patient and coordinate immediate transfer to a hospital.
4. Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website. Confirmation is typically within 15 minutes during operating hours.
- You may cancel a scheduled (non-emergency) booking with at least 2 hours notice without any charge.
- Last-minute cancellations or missed visits may incur a partial fee to cover nurse dispatch costs.
5. Payment
- Service fees are communicated before every booking. No hidden charges.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless a monthly package is agreed upon.
- We accept cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfers.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate patient information, including medical history and current prescriptions.
- Ensure safe access to the patient's location and a clean space for the nurse to work.
- Treat our staff with respect and provide appropriate environment for care delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our nurses follow professional care protocols. However, home healthcare carries inherent risks, and outcomes depend on many factors including the patient's condition and adherence to medical advice. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
8. Confidentiality
All patient information is treated as confidential per our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
